Paul Wesley attended Cosmopolitan’s Fun Fearless Males 2010 at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in New York City.

Along with Paul, Kellan Lutz with whom Paul’s recent Cosmo shoot was done, was also in attendance. Another known vampire on call was True Blood’s Stephen Moyer.

‘Diaries’ Renewed for Second Season

The CW has just handed a second season renewal to The Vampire Diaries. Season two will begin in September.

Executive producer Julie Plec on her Twitter thanked fans, writing: “Season Two pick-up, whoop whoop! Thanks to all of you who watch. You guys are the greatest group of fans a show could ever wish for.”

If you were following Twitter yesterday you’ll probably be aware that TVD cast moved heaven and hell to get to the event yesterday! It was looking like Paul would be the only one there but Nina and Ian both managed to get there in the end despite the snow! A few pictures have been added to the gallery, I’m sure more will become available soon.

Martines joins ‘Vampire Diaries’

Stephen Martines has landed a recurring role on the CW’s freshman drama “Vampire Diaries”, he will play a bad-ass vampire named Frederick who is locked in the tomb where Katherine (Nina Dobrev) was once thought to be and is up to no good when release.

Stephen Martines, a former soap star who started off on “General Hospital” and “The Guiding Light”, recently recurred on TNT’s crime drama “The Closer”, where he played a news reporter who asked Brenda (Kyra Sedgwick) some tough questions.

A new clip from the upcoming episode ‘A Few Good Men’ has been posted online and can be seen below. As most of you now, the episode will air on March 25 because the show is on a short hiatus. I can’t wait!
