Stefan helps Elena and Bonnie out of a dangerous situation. Jeremy asks Anna to a party in the woods, unaware that she has her own reasons for wanting to meet him there. When Stefan, Damon and Elena work with Bonnie and Grams to open the tomb, everyone is shocked by what they discover.
I may just have to make you my Queen of Shadows. I’ve had many companions, girls as young as you and women who were the beauties of Europe. But you’re the one I want at my side. Ruling, taking what we want when we want it. Would that be so bad? — Damon, The Struggle

03/1: Paul Wesley on Monday’s PIX Morning
Paul Wesley stopped by PIX Morning News this morning to talk about what’s in store on Vampire Diaries when the show returns on March 25th. Here’s the video if you want to see it! (:
Seventeen posted its 17 Questions session with Paul Wesley recently, which can be checked out at the website here.
In your opinion, what makes The Vampire Diaries different than other vampire TV shows and films?
It’s very independent of all the other stuff out there. The books were written 15 years ago — before Twilight. It’s a very original story, and it’s important to me that my character and the whole story’s judged for what it is.
How much money is in your wallet right now?
Like, 12 grand. I’m kidding. I don’t actually have a wallet on me. Literally, I have a license and two credit cards. I don’t carry a wallet. And no cash.
Zach Roerig who plays Matt Donovan on the Vampire Diaries was also interviewed by Betty Confidential, along with the newomer on the show Sean Faris.
When Matt finds out Vicki’s dead, is he going to go after Damon and Stefan [Paul Wesley]?
Matt’s definitely going to seek redemption. I’m not sure he’s going to know what direction to go in, but he won’t stop till he figures it out. It may not mean staking a vampire in the heart, but he’ll do something. I’m just waiting to see what’s in store for the rest of the series. It started out focusing on Elena, Damon and Stefan, but Bonnie [Katerina Graham] and her witchy ways are going to become a bigger part of the show; the town’s people who are trying to secretly hunt for vampires will be out in force; there are new characters popping up, so there’s a lot more to come. I’m just as excited as the viewers to see it unfold.
Betty Confidential has brand new interview with Sean Faris, who’s playing Ben, the buff bartender with a secret.
Tell us about your character Ben on The Vampire Diaries.
Ben is a former star football player at the town’s high school and he didn’t really do much with his life, so while his other friends moved on he got stuck in Mystic Falls. He discovers the beautiful Bonnie (Katerina Graham) and they start to hang out for a little bit. I can’t really tell you anything beyond that or I’d get in trouble.
Ben knows Matt (Zach Roerig), right?
Yeah, they’ve known each other because they both played football, so he gets a job at Mystic Grill and that’s how I get introduced to the show.
