Paul’s last episode of Army Wives aired last night, and here are the captures! Paul had a small scene with Drew Fuller! I also have caps of his appearance in Cold Case coming up, as well as Nina in Never Cry Werewolf!

Nina, Candice and Kayla attended Hollywood Life’s 11th Annual Young Hollywood Awards last night. All three ladies looked so beautiful! Pictures have been added to the gallery, I’ll try and find some more throughout the day! Enjoy these for now.

Tonight, Paul Wesley will be appearing in the season 3 premiere of Army Wives! As far as I know this may be his last episode but he also appeared in four episodes last season, screen captures from those have been added to the gallery. I shall add captures of tonight’s episode tomorrow, hopefully. Oh I also updated the animations page with some new gif’s from the extended trailer ;]

The creator and series producer of HBO’s True Blood has talked about other vampire projects, including Twilight and our upcoming series, The Vampire Diaries. Read what he had to say below:
Anyway, inevitably Ball would end up discussing that other vampire-related thing, Twilight, and only because there’s been a fascination for vampires as of late–with those films, this series, and the upcoming Vampire Diaries on the CW. He says he isn’t worried that there are many vamp-related properties nowadays.
“I can’t really talk that much about Twilight because I haven’t read any of the books or seen the movie, but I personally don’t really understand why you would have vampires in something that’s basically about abstinence,” he said. “I guess it makes it safe for young girls to fantasize about vampires in a way that isn’t really threatening … But as long as people love vampires and it helps bring them to our show, I’m happy.”
It’s definitely interesting to see so many vampire-driven shows and movies in recent history. Tell us, are you guys fans of Twilight and/or True Blood as well?

MTV have posted an article, accompanied with a video of Ian talking about how Twilight’s success was probably the reason behind the making of The Vampire Diaries. The video is behind the cut or in our media archive here :].
MTV.com – “Vampires are very hot. It’s fun playing a vampire,” Somerhalder said. “You’re 200 years old. You can fly around. You can eat beautiful girls — well, you can suck on their neck. I don’t physically cut them up and eat them. That would be a little sick.”
Also, executive producer Julie Pec has said that “all signs point to yess!!” regarding TVD having a panel at this years Comic Con! It would be amazing to see all of the cast there so keep your fingers crossed! Thanks to V-D.net for that info!
